Welcome to Deathroll HQ,the premier training center for Olympic style wrestling in Logan, Queensland. We specialize in Freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling and shooter style catch for all ages and skill levels.
Whether you want to master leg attacks, takedowns, and explosive mat control in Freestyle, or develop elite upper-body throws and clinch tactics in Greco-Roman, or the devastating submission holds of old school catch wrestling our expert coaches are here to help.
Our programs are built to improve your fitness, and confidence in your skillset or prepare you for national or international competition. We offer year-round training, tournament preparation, and conditioning for athletes.

MEET OUR STAFF
Starting at age 4 on the Wrestling mat, Adam enjoyed a successful life long amateur and professional national and international career, in a variety of striking and grappling styles. He retired from competition in 2016 and now focuses on Death Roll HQ instructing students, and training coaches in a number of styles.
Adam is passionate about preserving and promoting the legacy of Shooter Style Catch Wrestling

Our assistant coach Liam is very dynamic, driven with a mind blowing can do approach. He currently juggles training and coaching, with full time work and his Uni commitments. He brings patience, passion and commitment to every class. Liam is a great motivator, often heard encouraging others, and asking for more from students. He brings a great sense of humour to every class which adds a unique and enjoyable balance to the more serious side of training.

Lynnie operates primarily behind the scenes using her coordination skills to keep Death Roll HQ operating from an administration level. If you contact us, you'll most likely be speaking with Lynnie. In her spare time Lynnie runs, teaches Qigong, regularly trains in a number of grappling/striking arts and is partway through completing her Yoga instructor accreditation. Coming from an Anthropological background Lynnie is very passionate about respecting, understanding and preserving the cultural integrity of each style.
